Quick list of ability rules:
* You can learn an ability as soon as you qualify for it.
* You gain your class level and any automatic abilities from it as soon as you level up. Any abilities gained automatically allow you to qualify for other abilities. You can learn talents immediately if you qualify for them!
* Temporary bonuses such as those granted by equipment and spells never apply to requirements for abilities.
