Shields

Shields can be used as weapons. Of note, you’re not considered to be dual wielding if you’re using a weapon in one hand a shield in another. This can be accessed through a specific Martial Ability, however.

Shields as Defensive Equipment

Shields are equipped in one hand as a weapon, and as such they grant no bonus to Defense on their own. When you use the Block reaction however, you can add a shield’s Block Value to your Armor for that attack.

Buckler Light 1 Agi 1 10g
Rond Light 2 Str 1/Agi 1 1 15g
Heater Heavy 3 Str 1 2 50g
Towere Heavy 4 Str 2 3 500g
