Halberd
An excellent weapon for fighting defensively. A master can use it to knock aside attacks while cleaving enemies.
Strength 2: This weapon’s melee range is increased to 2, and its critical damage increases to 2d8.
Strength 3: When parrying with this weapon, roll Evasion again and take the best result.
Strength 4: While wielding this weapon, your Defense is increased by 2.
Strength 5: This weapon’s base damage and critical damage are increased to 3d8.
Hookpole
A staff with a hook at the end. It can be used by skilled combatants to control their opponents. Gnogles prefer this weapon.
Agility 2: This weapon’s base damage increases to 2d4.
Agility 3: When this weapon inflicts a wound with an attack, you can force the target to move 1 space in any direction.
Agility 4: This weapon’s base damage increases to 3d4.
Agility 5: When you force a target to move with this weapon, you inflict a wound.
Javelin
A handheld pole with a sharp tip that can be thrown to impale one’s foes. It can be used in melee as a last resort.
Strength or Agility 2: This weapon gains the Piercing quality, and its thrown range increases to 10.
Strength or Agility 3: When thrown, this weapon’s critical damage increases to 3d6.
Strength or Agility 4: When thrown, this weapon’s critical damage increases to 4d6.
Strength or Agility 5: This weapon can trigger a critical hit on a natural roll of 5 or higher.
Partizan
A vicious, deadly instrument of war. The head appears as an axe, and the long haft grants an advantage in one on one combat.
Strength 2: This weapon’s base damage increases to 2d10, and its critical damage increases to 1d10.
Strength 3: This weapon can inflict a critical hit on a base damage roll of 8 or higher.
Strength 4: This weapon’s melee range increases to 2.

Pike
An extremely long spear used for impaling. Also referred to as lances.

The oldest weapon of war. A stick with a sharp end that’s surprisingly deadly.

Strength or Agility 4: This weapon’s thrown range increases to 10, and its melee range increases to 2.

Scythe
Originally a tool for reaping wheat, it’s now seen as a weapon that reaps souls.
Strength or Agility 2: This weapon gains the Piercing quality.
Strength or Agility 3: This weapon’s critical damage increases to 3d8.
Strength or Agility 4: This weapon’s critical damage increases to 4d8.
Strength or Agility 5: This weapon can trigger a critical hit on a natural roll of 6 or higher.
Trident
Favored for its additional prongs, this weapon can shatter defenses to tear flesh in skilled hands.
Strength or Agility 2: This weapon’s critical damage increases to 2d8, or 4d4 if held in two hands.
